Sales Associate

Position Summary: 
As a sales associate you’ll work in a social environment, continuously building relationships with potential auto consumers, via phone, social media or in person. Guide and help consumers get credit approved to purchase an affordable and reliable vehicle.  

Job Responsibilities:  
Perform general store operations duties as directed, including the following: 

  • Greet consumers with an enthusiastic and professional matter 
  • Assist customer in filling credit application 
  • Collecting all necessary documents required by the bank 
  • Explains sales process and helps consumer purchase vehicle 
  • Performs “walk around” of vehicle  
  • Test drive vehicles with consumers  
  • Emphasizes the referral program  

Requirements:

Lot - Porter

Position Summary 
Porters provide general support to the Sales or Service department to which they are assigned.  Porters are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the department and/or vehicles.   

Job Qualifications: 

  • Entry Level position
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed 
  • Dependable and flexible 
     

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop, showroom and/or lot 
  • Transport vehicles safely to/from dealerships, vendors 
  • Transport customers safely to/from dealerships 
  • Pick up parts or supplies from vendors as necessary 
  • Wash cars – internal and external 
  • Maintain the lot including positioning cars appropriately, equipping cars with necessary items 
  • Communicate any vehicle issues to managers 
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the lot, shop or showroom 
  • Other duties as requested 

Auto Mechanic

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Day to day business operations. 
  • Inspecting and testing vehicles. 
  • Completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing and replacing filters.  
  • Listening to customers’ descriptions of issues, repairing engine failures, repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replacing parts and components.  
  • Verifying vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systems. 
  • Keeping shop equipment operating by following operations instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.  
  • Have your own or some equipment and tools for daily performance.  

Collections

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process payments by phone
  • Maintains a high volume of incoming calls per day
  • Provides Customer Service for incoming calls
  • Work towards monthly goals as established by Management
  • Transferring call to designated departments
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is required
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Moderate level of computer proficiency
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required, including the availability to work on Saturdays

Administrative Services

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Receive and answer phone calls in a professional manner. 
  • Send and receive emails. 
  • Knowledge of modern office equipment. 
  • Filing 
  • Data entry  
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.  
  • Understanding of general accounting procedures and the ability to perform accounts payable functions, accounts receivable functions and post entries. 
  • Opening and distributing mail in a timely manner 
  • Assisting other employees in various task and duties

Auto Insurance Agent

Qualifications: 

  • Property and Casualty License (Required) 
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.  
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish 
  • Moderate level of computer proficiency 
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required, including the availability to work some Saturdays 
  • Bilingual

Qualifications: 
  • Automotive Repair Experience: 3+ years (Preferred)
